Answer:
here you go
Explanation:
Male seahorses are equipped with a brood pouch on their ventral, or front-facing, side. When mating, the female deposits her eggs into his pouch, and the male fertilizes them internally. He carries the eggs in his pouch until they hatch, then releases fully formed, miniature seahorses into the water.
Answer:
The brood pouch
Explanation:
The brood pouch is only found on the male seahorse. It is used to incubate the eggs from a female seahorse. If you don't know what incubate means, it means the the pouch keeps the eggs warm

Answer: C
Explanation:
All the other answers wouldn't make sense. First, we cross out the ones that are obviously wrong, such as A and D. Now there's only B and C. I'm not sure If water would evaporate, but I do know that not all plant life would die off. So it leaves us with C.

Living things need energy
Your essay need to include;
producer
consumer
decomposer
Answer/Explanation:
∴ ║ Living Things Need Energy ║∴The ability to obtain and use energy is one of the eight characteristics of all living things. Scientists classify organisms based on how they get their energy: autotrophs or heterotrophs. Organisms are divided into three main groups- the producers, the consumers and the decomposers.
Producers get their energy from abiotic factors (non-living sources). Most producers are plants and get their energy directly from the sun using a process called photosynthesis. There are also some bacteria that can make their own food from chemicals using a process call chemosynthesis. Examples of common producers are grasses, trees and flowers. Algae (which are protists, not plants) are the main producers in aquatic ecosystems. Remember we call these autotrophs because they can make their own food.
Consumers cannot make their own food. Instead, they get their energy by eating other organisms. These are also called heterotrophs. There are many types of consumers. Herbivores, such as grasshoppers and prairie dogs, only eat producers. Carnivores eat animals. Coyotes, badgers, and falcons are all carnivores. Organisms that eat both producers and other consumers are known as omnivores. Most humans are omnivores. Scavengers are a special type of omnivore. They eat dead plants and animals. Vultures and many insects are common scavengers.
Decomposers are a very special type of heterotroph because they get energy by breaking down dead or dying organisms. Bacteria and fungi (mushrooms, molds and mildews) are examples of decomposers. Decomposers are important to ecosystems because they return important nutrients such as water, carbon dioxide and nitrogen to the soil. Plants then use these nutrients to grow, creating a cycle of nutrients through the ecosystem.
Each of these organisms depends on the others. Producers get energy from the sun or chemicals and then give some of this energy to consumers. The consumers then give some of their energy to the decomposers. Together, these organisms form a food chain. A food chain is a series of events in which food energy is transferred from one organism to another. All food chains have the basic structure of producer ⇒ primary consumer ⇒ secondary consumer ⇒ tertiary consumer ⇒ decomposer. There are many overlapping food chains in an ecosystem. These overlapping food chains are known as a food web.
As energy passes from level to the level in a food chain within a food web, the amount that each organism receives decreases. For example, in a grassland ecosystem, the grasses get energy needed for life from the sun. Some of this energy is used by the grass to grow and reproduce. When a prairie dog eats the grass, it only gets 10% of the energy the grass originally had. The prairie dog then uses some of the energy from the grass to grow and reproduce. When a coyote eats the prairie dog, it only gets 10% of the energy the prairie dog originally had. This decrease in energy at each level of the food chain can be represented by an energy pyramid.

which property decribes a materails abilty to conduct heat ?
A . Electrical conductivity
B . Boiling point
C . Thermal conductivity
D . Melting point
Answer:
Option C
Explanation:
Your answer is option C or "thermal conductivity." Thermal conductivity relates to conduction, conduction is when heat transfers from a warm object to a cool object increasing the cooler objects temperature. A common example of material that can conduct heat would be something like metal, metal is able to transfer heat a lot quicker than something like rubber. It's not electrical conductivity because that is materials that are able to conduct electricity. It's not boiling point because that is the temperature that causes different liquids to boil, it's not melting point because that is the temperature that causes different materials to melt.

Why does a human body need proteins?
A. To place amino acids in a specific order
B. To guard against harmful mutations
C. To send messages to the cell’ cell’s cytoplasm
D. To perform important bodily functions
Answer:
a
Explanation:
Every cell in the human body contains protein. The basic structure of protein is a chain of amino acids. You need protein in your diet to help your body repair cells and make new ones. Protein is also important for growth and development in children, teens, and pregnant women.

If we know myofibrils are made of protein strands, what would expect to find a large number of in the myofibrils themselves.
Answer:
the Z lines and thick filaments of the myofibrils within the muscle fibers are aligned.
Explanation:
Myofibrils are made up of units that repeat along their length, called sarcomeres.
What is Myofibril what are its myofilaments?Every muscle cell contains contractile protein filaments of two types: actin and myosin. These myofilaments (or myofibrils) are distinguished from one another by molecular weight, which is higher in the myosin filament.
With this information, we can conclude that myofibrils are made up of units that repeat along their length, called sarcomeres.

predators and parasites both cause harm to other organisms. what is a difference between predators and parasites?
a. predators only kill at night, while parasites only kill during the day,
b. predators eat organisms, while parasites live off of organisms,
c. predators only harm producers, while parasites only harm consumers,
d. predators harm their young, while parasites do not
Answer: The predator kills the prey at once and has it in the form of food whereas parasite lives in or on another organism and benefits by deriving nutrients at the other's expense. This type of interaction is called as parasitism, Therefore the answer is b.
Identify and describe an example to an adaptation and describe how the adaptation can help the organism survive in a changing environment.
Like i dont know how to explain and what animal please help
Answer:
Adaptation can protect animals from predators or from harsh weather.
Explanation:
Many birds can hide in the tall grass and weeds and insects can change their color to blend into the surroundings. This makes it difficult for predators to seek them out for food.

Where is the food for the tiny plant stored?
embryo
leaf
seed coat
endosperm
Answer :Inside the seed there are is an embryo (the baby plant) and cotyledons. When the seed begins to grow, one part of the embryo becomes the plant while the other part becomes the root of the plant. Food for the plant is stored in the cotyledons. Some seeds when split apart seperate into two halves.
